working principle:

The atmosphere enters the air storage tank through the air compressor, and most of the moisture is compressed and liquefied before being discharged through the drainage valve. The air undergoes * times of drying; Afterwards, it enters the refrigerated dryer, where the water vapor condenses into water and the air undergoes a second drying process; Then it enters the adsorption dryer for the third drying, adsorbing off the remaining trace moisture, and is transported to the equipment that needs to dry the gas through a high-precision air filter.

Performance and features:

The mobile high-purity dry air generation device is mainly composed of four parts: gas source system, freeze-drying system, adsorption drying system, and electrical control system.

Composition of gas source system: It consists of an air dust filter, a completely oil-free air pump (or screw type oil-free air compressor), a radiator (air-cooled), an air-water separator, and a filter to output clean and oil-free gas.

Composition of freeze-drying system: This device mainly adopts imported fully enclosed high-temperature compression refrigeration unit, which has stable and reliable performance and can obtain larger refrigeration capacity. The system configuration adopts imported fully enclosed compressor units, air heat exchangers, evaporators, air-water separators, and fine filters; The R22 refrigerant in the refrigeration process first consists of a fully enclosed high-temperature compression refrigeration compressor, cooler, desiccant, solenoid valve, and then returns to the refrigeration compressor through the evaporator, obtaining a low temperature environment of 0-5 ℃ inside the evaporator.
