1、 Product Overview

ZJCL-W20K gas spring dynamic and static stiffness synthesistesting machineIt is mainly used for dynamic and static stiffness testing and fatigue life testing of gas spring springs or cylindrical shock absorbers used in motor vehicles such as cars, special vehicles, armored vehicles, electric vehicles, motorcycles, etc. It is a comprehensive performance and fatigue testing platform. The whole machine has a reasonable structure, simple and reliable, accurate and convenient adjustment of test space and test stroke; The specimen clamping is convenient and reliable; The whole machine runs smoothly and is easy to maintain and upkeep.

2、 Scheme description

1. Host

The host is mainly composed of four parts: rack, electric cylinder loading mechanism, lifting mechanism, and fixture. The rack consists of columns, workbenches, upper crossbeams, and bases. The columns, workbenches, upper crossbeams, and screw lifting mechanisms are installed together and stably mounted on the base; The tested gas spring is installed between the electric cylinder and the worktable through a fixture, and the space is adjusted to meet the requirements of specimens of different sizes and specifications. By replacing the fixture, the requirements of specimens with different installation methods are met.

2. Loading mechanism

The loading mechanism is an electric cylinder, mainly composed of a servo motor and a screw, which converts the rotational motion of the motor into linear reciprocating motion in the vertical direction; By adjusting the rotation of the motor, the distance of linear reciprocating motion can be adjusted to achieve the required test stroke of the tested component.

3. Lift system

The transmission mechanism consists of a reduction motor, a synchronous belt, and a screw. By adjusting the motor, the crossbeam installed on the electric cylinder can be moved up and down to achieve the purpose of adjusting the space.

4. Experimental equipment

The experimental fixture is specially designed and produced based on the structure of the sample, namely the gas spring. It ensures the accuracy of the experiment while also allowing for quick loading and unloading, improving detection efficiency.

5. Sensor:

5.1 Force sensor (DC) with a range of ± 20kN and a filtering capacity of 150%. Place it at the front end of the actuator.

5.2 Before leaving the factory, the sensor calibration is completed.

6. Main functional features:

6.1 Adopting precision electric cylinder, amplitude, frequency, and speed can be freely adjusted. It can meet both high dynamic stiffness testing and low-speed static stiffness testing, and can also perform a certain number of fatigue tests. Make one machine capable of multiple functions.

6.2 Test force and displacement digital display can generate force and displacement curves, stiffness curves, force and time curves, and the attenuation of gas spring or shock absorber force is clear at a glance.

6.3 Automatic shutdown with preset test times for higher efficiency.

6.4 The test results are automatically distinguished by color (green for qualified and red for unqualified) to determine whether they are qualified, making it easy to distinguish at a glance.

6.5 The controller and software are independently developed and can be set according to individual customer requirements to meet the fast and accurate detection requirements of different customers.

6、 Working conditions of the testing machine
