Anaerobic pool jet submersible aerator

The upper part of the intake pipe of the submersible aerator is equipped with a floating ring (made of stainless steel or fiberglass). The floating ring, intake pipe, and submersible aerator are connected as a whole. The floating ring relies on the buoyancy of water to suspend the submersible aerator in the water. The floating ring is pulled by three steel wire ropes, and the other end of the steel wire rope is fixed to the edge of the pool or three anchor points are set up in the pond. During installation, the submersible aerator and floating ring are placed in the water as a whole and dragged into the designated area with the steel wire rope. Then, the other end of the three steel wire ropes is fixed to the edge of the pool in three different directions. For ponds with large water surfaces, three anchor points can be set up for positioning. During maintenance, only the steel wire rope fixed to the edge of the pool needs to be untied, and the equipment can be dragged back to the edge of the pool and pulled out of the water surface.

The submersible aerator is directly driven by a motor and an impeller, using the centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the impeller to discharge the surrounding water and form a low-pressure zone for sucking in water flow. At the same time, a vacuum is created at the inlet of the impeller to suck in air. In the mixing chamber, air and water are fully mixed to form a uniform air-water mixture, which is quickly discharged under the action of centrifugal force.

Due to the extremely strong water jet, effective water circulation is created, causing the air to be sheared into a large number of tiny bubbles. Greatly increasing its surface area, and due to the slow rise of bubbles, a large amount of oxygen in the air dissolves in water, making the power efficiency of this submersible aerator superior to other types.

Reasons for reduced aeration rate:

1. The wheel is worn out, in which case we can replace the impeller.

2. The solution to voltage drop is to check and adjust the power supply circuit.

3. The machine runs in the opposite direction, and the solution to this situation is to swap any two phases of the three-phase line.

4. The trachea is blocked, and the solution is to dismantle, repair, and clean the intake pipe.

5. The solution to air chamber blockage is to inspect and clean the mixing chamber.
