The WZPB-441S-F integrated temperature transmitter is widely used in industries such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, power, shipbuilding, light industry, and environmental protection. It can be used in conjunction with dynamic coil instruments, digital display instruments, recording instruments, regulators, PLC, DCS systems to form various temperature measurement and control systems.

The so-called integrated temperature transmitter refers to a temperature transmitter that installs the transmitter module in the junction box or junction box of the temperature measuring element. The transmitter module and temperature measuring element form a whole and can be directly installed on the industrial equipment being measured, outputting a unified standard signal. This type of transmitter has the advantages of small size, light weight, easy on-site installation, strong automatic detection ability for output signals, and convenient long-distance transmission. For transmitters with temperature measuring elements using thermocouples, it also has the advantage of saving installation costs without the need for expensive compensation wires. Therefore, integrated temperature transmitters are widely used in industrial production. Due to the direct installation of the integrated temperature transmitter on site, the transmitter module is generally encapsulated with fully cured epoxy resin to improve its adaptability to harsh operating environments. However, due to the fact that the integrated circuit inside the transmitter module generally operates within the temperature range of -20 to+80 degrees Celsius, exceeding this range will cause changes in the performance of electronic components, and the inverter will not function properly. Therefore, special attention should be paid to the ambient temperature of the transmitter module during use.
