Anti interference railway signal cable
Applicable to control circuits for transmitting railway signals, audio signals, or automatic signal devices with rated voltage of AC 500V or DC 1000V and below. The comprehensive sheathed and aluminum sheathed railway signal cables have certain shielding performance and are suitable for laying in electrified sections or other areas with strong electrical interference.
Usage characteristics:
(1) The ambient temperature for cable usage is -40 ℃~+60 ℃
(2) The long-term operating temperature of cable conductors should not exceed+70 ℃.
(3) Environmental temperature for cable laying: PVC outer sheath cables should not be lower than 0 ℃; Polyethylene sheathed cables should not be lower than -20 ℃.
(4) The allowable bending radius of cables: Non armored cables should not be less than 10 times the outer diameter of the cable; Armored cables should not be less than 15 times the outer diameter of the cable.
(5) The ideal shielding coefficient of the comprehensive sheathed railway signal cable is ≤ 0.8; The ideal shielding coefficient of aluminum sheathed railway signal cables is ≤ 0.3
Anti interference railway signal cable
Cables with a delivery length of 500m or more should not be less than 50% of the total delivery length; The delivery length of short cables ranging from 50 to 250m should not exceed 5% of the total delivery length; The measurement error of cable length should not exceed ± 0.5%. Deliver according to the length agreed upon by both parties through negotiation
