Working procedure of cargo shower room: The anti-static cargo shower room adopts high-quality cold plate with multiple acid pickling and baking paint treatments, and is equipped with a built-in anti-static device. It is the first product of high-end electronic factories, greatly improving product quality and the harm of static electricity.
1. Entering the door (from outside the air shower door and then into the air shower door) - Entering the clean door through the non clean door:
Open the outer door ->Electric lock on the inner door ->Enter the air shower door ->Close the outer door (voice prompt to stand in the sensing area) ->Internal and external door self-locking ->Infrared induction blowing starts (voice prompt for blowing process) ->Blowing is completed (voice prompt) ->Enter the clean door (automatic unlocking of the inner door)
2. Open the outer door, the electronic interlock on the inner door lights up, the air shower door lighting is on, the work indicator light is on, and when a person enters the air shower door, close the outer door and receive a voice prompt: "Hello, please stand in the sensing area". The external intelligent system starts to detect whether someone is at the air shower door. If someone is detected, the system will immediately enter the air shower process.
3. The inner and outer doors of the air shower are interlocked, and the fan starts the air shower. The air shower delay starts counting down to I5 seconds (set value). Voice prompt: "Working, please rotate your body 360 degrees". After the air shower is completed, start the delay. After the delay is over, the inner door of the air shower door will automatically unlock. Voice prompt: "Blow shower completed, please exit through the rear door". After exiting the inner door, enter the clean door, which will close. The system will return to its initial state and wait for the next use. (Note: If you want to return to the non clean door after the delay, please press the "emergency stop" button to unlock the inner and outer doors and return to the non clean door.)
4. If the system detects no one on the air shower door within 10 seconds, it will return to standby mode (infrared automatic detection system). In standby mode, if the system detects a human body, the air shower door starts to air shower, but after 10 seconds of standby mode, the system returns to its initial state.
5. If someone is at the air shower door but not within the system sensing area, the system will not respond. As soon as the system detects someone, it will switch to the air shower process.
6. If the system is working and someone touches the button switch, the voice prompt will say: 'Working, please do not touch the switch casually'.
7. After the air shower door completes the entire blowing process, the inner and outer doors of the air shower door will automatically unlock, and you can enter or exit the air shower door at this time; If someone does not leave the air shower area within 5 seconds, the system will automatically return to its initial state.
8. Going out (from inside out) - from clean door to non clean door:
Open the inner door ->Power on the self-locking of the outer door ->Enter the air shower door ->Close the inner door ->Unlock the inner and outer doors ->Enter the non clean door ->Return to the clean door
9. Open the inner door, the electronic interlock on the outer door, the air shower door illumination light is on, the work indicator light is on, a person enters the air shower door, closes the inner door, unlocks the inner and outer doors, and the system begins to detect whether someone is inside the air shower door.
10. If someone is detected, you can choose to exit through the inner door: open the inner door, power on the outer door for self-locking, then close the inner door, and the system returns to its initial state, or choose to exit through the outer door, open the outer door, power on the inner door for self-locking, and then close the outer door. The system returns to its initial state.
11. If no one is detected: At this time, someone opens the outer door, and the system enters the door process.
12. During the process of going out, if the system detects that someone has entered the air shower door and the person inside does not leave the door within 5 seconds after the outer door is unlocked, the system will automatically return to its initial state.
