The difference between a triple air shower and a double air shower is that the triple air shower has air supply from the top, which can press the dust downwards and circulate it through the bottom fan port, resulting in a more obvious and efficient blowing effect.

1、 The first thing to consider is the layout of the venue, clean room, clean room entrance, clean room changing room, disinfection room, and buffer room. These layouts need to be determined proportionally based on the size of the clean room and the number of users. Therefore, a large-scale clean room is crucial for reserving installation locations for clean equipment, as it relates to the aesthetic and functional integrity of a standard clean room;
2、 The selection of air shower room channels mainly depends on the number of people. Generally, when the number of workers entering the clean room workshop exceeds fifty, we recommend using double or better air shower room channels. For small-scale clean rooms with less than fifty people, a single air shower room can be selected; Large electronic clean room workshops with a large number of people, reaching 200 or more, require more air shower rooms or air shower channels; The air shower channel can be designed according to the number of people. Generally, the length of the air shower channel can be between three meters and fifty meters, so the customization of the air shower channel can be very flexible;
3、 The material of the air shower channel directly affects the cost. Currently, the materials used to make the air shower channel are generally cold-rolled steel plates assembled with anti-static spray coating, or welded with all stainless steel, highlighting the noble and generous appearance of stainless steel products; The air shower channel of traditional color steel plate assembly technology has gradually faded out of the market;
4、 Door of the air shower channel: The door of the air shower channel can be opened with advanced automatic induction or ordinary 90 degree double opening doors. All doors of the air shower channel have undergone special treatment, and their sealing is reliable;
5、 The filter system of the air shower channel: The filter system consists of a G3 level primary efficiency filter and a HEPA high-efficiency filter with partition. The filtration efficiency of the high-efficiency filter reaches 99.99% @ 0.3um, making the air blown out of the air shower room meet the requirements of the clean room design standards;
