The furnace is made of high aluminum inner liner, which is wear-resistant and pressure resistant, has strong heaviness, is resistant to rapid cooling and heating, has good corrosion resistance, does not collapse, crystallizes, falls, pollutes, and has a long service life.

The control system adopts 30 segment programmable operating system microcomputer intelligent adjustment technology, with PID regulation, automatic control, and self-tuning functions. It can program various heating, constant temperature, and cooling programs with high temperature control accuracy.

The protective device adopts independent protection: (over temperature, over voltage, over current, breaking, power outage, leakage, short circuit, etc.).

In addition, our independently developed control software can be used to connect electric furnaces with computers, enabling remote control of single or multiple electric furnaces, starting and stopping of electric furnaces, setting temperature control programs, storing temperature control programs, viewing historical curves, printing historical curves, etc.
