The vacuum tube furnace is a new type of high-performance and energy-saving integrated vacuum tube electric furnace developed using advanced technology. It can be used in various tube furnace types such as single tube, double tube, horizontal, openable, vertical, single temperature zone, double temperature zone, and triple temperature zone. The equipment is mainly used for experiments and small-scale production in scientific research institutions, universities, industrial and mining enterprises, etc. It has safety and reliability, simple operation, high temperature control accuracy, good insulation effect, large temperature range, high furnace temperature uniformity, multiple temperature zones, optional atmosphere, vacuum furnace type, etc.


Main purpose and scope of application:
The uniform calcination and drying of powder and granular materials are particularly suitable for reaction experiments in the activated carbon and coking coal industries.

1. High purity quartz tube can be evacuated;
2. The furnace is made of high-purity alumina polycrystalline fiber material, which has good insulation performance, durability, high tensile strength, no impurities, high purity, and significant energy-saving effect;

In addition, our independently developed control software can be used to connect electric furnaces with computers, enabling remote control of single or multiple electric furnaces, starting and stopping of electric furnaces, setting temperature control programs, storing temperature control programs, viewing historical curves, printing historical curves, etc.
