The furnace is constructed using imported high-temperature composite energy-saving fiber materials through CNC technology, which is one-fifth of the weight of the original energy-saving fiber resistance furnace,. The heating rate is three times that of the original energy-saving fiber resistance furnace (adjustable speed). The track type pulley trolley is convenient, efficient, and labor-saving for entering and exiting, specifically designed for processing large quantities of raw materials. Strong thermal shock resistance, strong resistance to rapid cooling and heating, good corrosion resistance, no collapse, no crystallization, no slag falling, no pollution, long service life.

The control system adopts 30 segment programmable operating system microcomputer intelligent adjustment technology, with PID regulation, automatic control, and self-tuning functions. It can program various heating, constant temperature, and cooling programs with high temperature control accuracy.

The protective device adopts independent protection: (over temperature, over voltage, over current, breaking, power outage, leakage, short circuit, etc.).

In addition, our independently developed control software can be used to connect electric furnaces with computers, enabling remote control of single or multiple electric furnaces, starting and stopping of electric furnaces, setting temperature control programs, storing temperature control programs, viewing historical curves, printing historical curves, etc.
