User's Guide for Automatic Plate Frame Filter Press

1、 Preparation work before operation

1. The machine can only proceed to the next step after installation, debugging, and confirmation.

2. Check the condition of the filter cloth, such as whether it is wrinkled, damaged, etc.

3. Confirm again whether there are any errors in the installation and preparation of the machine.

2、 General operation process

Tighten the filter plate → turn on the pump for feeding → turn off the feeding pump → open the filter plate for unloading → clean and inspect the filter cloth → prepare to enter the next cycle.

Detailed operation method

1. Close the power switch and the power indicator light will turn on.

2. Start the oil pump (while checking if the oil pump is working properly).

3. Move all filter plates to the end of the thrust plate and position them in the center of the two crossbeams.

4. Activate the "compression" button, and the piston will push the compression plate to compress all filter plates. After reaching the pressure value (see pressure label for hydraulic value), maintain the pressure (we customize an automatic pressure filter press for our company), press the "off" button, and the oil pump will stop working.
