Product Introduction

The BB fertilizer automated production line adopts fully automatic instrument control, integrating the production processes of batching, mixing, packaging, etc. The equipment is a perfect combination of unique structural design and high-performance control system, realizing the integration of single bag batching, mixing and packaging, solving the problem of material segregation caused by different material densities and particle sizes in ordinary equipment, and improving the accuracy of batching. Suitable for the production of high concentration mixed fertilizers (i.e. BB fertilizers) made by blending elemental nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium granular fertilizers with other medium and trace elements, insecticides, etc. in a certain proportion.

Structural composition
