Product Introduction

The new type of internal and external stirring tooth granulator for organic-inorganic compound fertilizer granulation is widely used for granulation of organic-inorganic fertilizers. Working principle

By utilizing the high-speed rotating mechanical stirring force and the resulting aerodynamic force, fine powder materials are continuously mixed, granulated, spheroidized, extruded, collided, compacted, polished, and other processes inside the machine, thereby achieving the purpose of granulation. The particle shape is spherical, with a sphericity of ≥ 0.7, a particle size generally between 0.3-3 millimeters, and a particle yield of ≥ 95%. The size of the particle diameter can be adjusted appropriately by the material mixing amount and the spindle speed. Generally, the lower the mixing amount and the higher the speed, the smaller the particle size.

Organic waste such as peat, sludge, chicken manure, livestock manure, brown coal, sugar mill filter sludge, paper mill sludge, liquor residue, straw, soybean residue, and peat can be directly pelletized after fermentation treatment, completely solving the key technical problems that cannot be solved by the traditional granulation process of disc (drum) fermentation, and serving as raw materials for bio organic fertilizer granulation. In addition, this machine is particularly suitable for granulation of lightweight fine powder materials, especially for the granulation of organic-inorganic compound fertilizers. The finer the basic particles of fine powder materials, the higher the sphericity of the particles, and the better the quality of the formed balls. It is generally required that the particle size of the material before granulation should be less than 50 mesh. Typical application materials include chicken manure, pig manure, cow manure, carbon black, clay, kaolin, nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and other organic-inorganic compound fertilizers The pellet machine developed and produced by our company is based on the manufacturing principle and technology of the stirring tooth granulator and rotary drum granulator. It has been carefully developed and repeatedly experimented. The machine can produce bacteria resistant pellets at room temperature, with a reasonable structural design. It can produce spherical pellet products with low moisture content, easy drying, high forming rate, good particle strength, and beautiful appearance.
