Product Introduction

Double axis chain crusher is a specialized crushing equipment for large volume raw materials, widely used in industries such as chemical, waste, and mining. During the crushing process, high-strength wear-resistant hard alloy chain plates with synchronous speed are used to evenly and fully disperse the crushed materials, which are not easy to stick to the wall and are easy to clean. This machine is suitable for material crushing before and after granulation of organic and inorganic fertilizers, or continuous large-scale crushing of agglomerated materials.

1. This machine is composed of a frame, housing, double crushing shaft, transmission mechanism and other components.

2. The rack is welded with thickened channel steel and steel plate.

3. The crushing mechanism adopts dual crushing shafts and is equipped with wear-resistant manganese steel chains.

Installation and debugging

1. This machine can be placed on a pre made concrete foundation during use, or it can be welded with legs below the machine body and fixed on the concrete ground to avoid vibration during equipment operation.

2. Before testing the machine, check whether the bolts in various parts are loose, especially the bolts that fix the internal chain. If so, tighten them in a timely manner.

3. Both broken shafts rotate inward, pay attention to the rotation direction when wiring.

Operating procedures and precautions

1. Start one crushing shaft first, and wait until it is fully started before starting the other crushing shaft.

2. Wait until the two crushing shafts rotate normally before feeding the materials.

3. When feeding materials, they must be evenly distributed.

4. Wooden sticks, bricks, tiles, stones, and iron objects are strictly prohibited from entering to prevent damage to equipment.

5. It is strictly prohibited to allow clumped materials over 150mm to enter, in order to avoid blocking the crusher.

maintenance

1. Regularly check whether the bolts in various parts of the equipment are loose.

2. Regularly replace the grease used for bearings.

3. Before going to work, open the maintenance door and check whether the bolts or pin shafts that fix the chain are severely worn. If they are severely worn, replace them in a timely manner.

4. Regularly clean the materials adhered inside the equipment.
