BML-II Glass Surface Tension Tester (Shrinkage Method)

This instrument uses the glass fiber shrinkage method to measure the surface tension within the softening temperature range.
Main technical parameters
1. Vertical tubular electric furnace, with a furnace tube size of Ø 30 × 300mm.
2. The maximum temperature is 1200 ℃, and the operating temperature is 1000 ℃.
3. K-type indexing thermocouple for temperature measurement.
4. Furnace temperature control is ≤± 1 ℃, and the average temperature zone inside the furnace is 100mm.
5. Controllable silicon voltage regulator, intelligent temperature controller, realizing PID regulation, programmed temperature rise, can set program segments and insulation time arbitrarily.
6. Sample preparation: Pull a glass rod into a circular shape with uniform thickness, with a diameter error of no more than 0.05mm, and determine the length through testing.
