
1、 Overview
This instrument adopts a reduction mechanism based on the principle of cycloidal pin tooth meshing planetary transmission, which has the characteristics of compact structure, smooth transmission, low noise, and constant output transmission speed. The test time can be pre-set and has a digital display function. When the predetermined time is reached, the motor will automatically stop rotating.
This testing instrument complies with the requirements of GB/T3810.7-2006 "Test Method for Wear Resistance of Unglazed Bricks" and ISO/DIS10545/6-94 "Test Method for Deep Wear Resistance of Unglazed Bricks" for testing instruments. Suitable for wear resistance testing of brittle materials such as glazed tiles and mosaics. It is one of the necessary inspection instruments and equipment for improving the inspection conditions, enhancing the testing level, and ensuring the quality of building ceramics and accessories production enterprises.
2、 Main technical parameters
1. The grinding wheel has a constant speed of 75 ± 4r/min, a diameter of 200 ± 0.2mm, a thickness of 10 ± 0.1mm, and a hardness of HB500 or above;
2. At every 150 revolutions of the grinding wheel, no less than 150g of abrasive is added to the grinding area;
3. The abrasive used is F80 white fused alumina with a particle size specified in ISO8486-1986;
4. The storage hopper has a capacity greater than 3L;
5. The test time can be pre-set and displayed digitally;
6. The mass of the pressure weight is 2.5 kg.
