5、 Installation precautions

1. When selecting a metal hose, for ease of installation, please try to choose a metal hose with a loose flange at one end.
2. During welding operations at the construction site, the surface of the metal hose should be protected to prevent welding slag and arc ignition from burning the metal hose.
3. Twisting installation of metal hoses is strictly prohibited.
4. It should not be bent along the root of the metal hose, and there should be no dead bends.
5. The medium used must not be corrosive to the corrugated pipe material, and the chloride ion content in the medium should be ≤ 25PPM
6. Strictly follow the installation diagram and install in the correct way. (See installation guide)
7. Mechanical damage to the flange sealing surface is strictly prohibited.
8. Do not use chlorine containing cleaning agents or steel wire brushes to remove dirt from metal hoses.
