1、 Product usage and characteristics
Stainless steel flexible joints are mainly used for shock absorption connections and piping connections at the inlet and outlet of various pumps, valves, compressors, refrigeration units, etc. in pipeline engineering,
It plays a role in shock absorption, noise absorption, and flexible connection of pipelines, as well as absorbing pipeline displacement, reducing equipment stress, and ensuring the service life of pipeline equipment. The corrugated pipe of stainless steel flexible joint adopts a thin-walled multi-layer structure, with high flexibility and low stiffness,
The product adopts a flanged structure without circumferential welds, which is corrosion-resistant, high-temperature resistant, aging resistant, leak free, with a long service life. The product is non-toxic and can be used in drinking water pipelines. The product comes with a pull rod and internal pressure push self-locking, making it easy to set up pipe support and install.
2、 Applicable working conditions
Working pressure: 0.6MPa, 1.0MPa, 1.6MPa, 2.5MPa
Working temperature: -50 ℃ -450 ℃, with a maximum working temperature of 105 ℃ when using surface spray painted flanges

5、 Installation ideas and matters
1. The stainless steel flexible joint on the pipeline should be effectively fixed at the other end away from the vibration source to isolate and absorb vibration.
2. Effective protection should be provided for corrugated pipes during welding operations at the construction site to prevent welding slag from splashing and damaging the corrugated pipes.
3. Stainless steel flexible joints must be installed in a straight line and must not be bent or moved.
4. After installation, the nut and spare nut on the pull rod should be locked tightly, and the pull rod and nut should not be removed.

5. The medium used must not be corrosive to the corrugated pipe material, and the chloride ion content in the medium should be ≤ 25PPM |
6. The length of the product can be adjusted appropriately with a pull rod during installation, and the adjustment amount should not exceed the specified value. |
