Working principle

During the operation of the flat vulcanizing machine, the hot plate heats up the rubber material and causes cross-linking of the rubber molecules, resulting in a transition from a linear structure to a mesh like structure

The shape structure of the material can obtain products with certain physical and mechanical properties, but when the rubber material is heated, it begins to soften. At the same time, the moisture and volatile substances inside the rubber material need to vaporize. At this time, the hydraulic cylinder is used to provide sufficient pressure to fill the model with the rubber material and limit the generation of bubbles, making the structure of the product dense. If it is a laminated product, it can make the adhesive firmly adhere to the cloth. In addition, sufficient pressure should be applied to prevent the mold from overflowing, missing patterns, and sponge like pores on the seam surface.
