This signal conditioner provides isolation safety for non essential applications. This device provides 2-wire and 3-wire smart transmitters, and can also be used for 2-wire smart current sources. It transmits analog input signals as isolated current values. Digital signals can be superimposed on input signals for bidirectional transmission. If the HART communication resistance in the loop is too low, internal resistance terminals 8 and 9 between 250 Ω can be used. The test socket connected to the HART communicator is integrated into the terminal of the device.
