Overview

Shanghai Ranchao Optoelectronic Technology Co., Ltd. is the general agent of Bruker oxygen nitrogen hydrogen analyzer in Germany; The Brooke G8 GALILEO oxygen nitrogen hydrogen analyzer has the following advantages: it is equipped with an infrared thermometer, which monitors the reaction temperature inside the crucible in real time during the analysis process to compensate for the temperature drop, ensuring that the analysis process is carried out at the set temperature and guaranteeing the analysis effect The electrode pulse furnace has three parameter setting modes: temperature, power, and current control, ensuring optimal analysis results. Brooke oxygen nitrogen hydrogen analyzer G8 GALILEO hydrogen element gas standard calibration method: 10 different volume gas standard units are calibrated to ensure good linearity and meet the calibration requirements for high and low hydrogen content; Using a 10mm rotating injection channel to ensure safe injection of slice, block, and chip samples, and prevent material jamming. The Brooke oxygen nitrogen hydrogen analyzer G8 GALILEO can be extended to simultaneously measure oxygen nitrogen hydrogen and diffused hydrogen on one device.

Product Details

Brooke Oxygen Nitrogen Hydrogen Analyzer G8 GALILEOThe main analysis principle is:The analysis sample is heated and melted in a graphite crucible in the presence of an inert gas flow. The temperature of the pulse furnace can be freely set and monitored in real time through a non-contact optical temperature sensor to achieve complete decomposition of the sample. The CO, H2, and N2 generated by the reaction are introduced into a detection system with high stability and sensitivity for detection. Non dispersive infrared detectors are used for CO detection, while thermal conductivity detectors are used for N2 and H2 detection. The instrument calibration process can be carried out using standard reference materials or optional gas calibration units. In addition, the instrument can be equipped with automatic cleaning devices, crucible automatic loading systems, and external infrared furnaces for diffusion hydrogen determination.

Brooke oxygen nitrogen hydrogen analyzer G8 GALILEO features:

It is easy to switch from ON analysis mode to H analysis mode through software methods

The mutual switching time between N mode and H mode only takes a few minutes

One instrument can simultaneously achieve melt extraction and thermal extraction (for diffusion hydrogen detection, an external infrared heating furnace can be optionally selected)

Can be configured with specific elements as a single element analyzer

Non contact optical temperature measurement system can detect the temperature of graphite crucible in real time

The pulse furnace has three parameter setting modes: temperature, power, and current control

The automatic sampler realizes automatic sample loading, with a 10mm injection channel to ensure safe injection of slice, block, and chip samples

The pulse furnace area has a safety protection system that the operator cannot access during analysis mode

There is an automatic monitoring system for voltage, airflow, and cooling water flow, and an independently set safety knob is used to achieve overheating protection.

Self diagnostic system is used to achieve instrument fault detection

The complete standby mode can save the consumption of carrier gas and cooling water

Bruker's universal software can easily save and retrieve analysis methods and applications, as well as set and modify parameters. Analysis data can be transmitted through FTP or local area network.
There are multiple optional systems to choose from:

Internal gas calibration units with 10 different volumes

Automatic cleaning device

Automatic crucible switching system

The Brooke oxygen nitrogen hydrogen analyzer G8 GALILEO is equipped with an external infrared heating furnace for detecting diffused hydrogen.
