1、 Introduction to Fuel Oil and Military Oil Spectrometer
Fuel oil military fuel spectrometerSpectrOil M/F-LD is mainly designed for quality control of No.2 diesel in gas engines. It conducts ultra-low limit testing on fuel oils with extremely low requirements for alkaline metal and vanadium content, and comes standard with the ability to detect 15 types of elements.

3、 Core components of fuel oil military fuel spectrometer
1. Source of excitement--Evaporate and atomize crude oil.
Including: high-voltage AC power supply, high-purity stone grinding disc electrode, high-purity graphite rod electrode, sample cup, and a discharge gap of about 2.5 millimeters between the high-purity stone grinding disc electrode and the rod electrode. The tested oil sample is injected into a small oil cup, and the electrode part of the grinding disc is immersed in the sample cup (oil sample). The rotating counting electrode continuously transfers the tested oil sample to the discharge gap, and the high-voltage alternating current vaporizes and atomizes the oil sample in the gap, generating atomic emission lines.
2. The main component of the optical system is the Pashen Runge multi-color sensor with a focal length of 400mm.
To achieve stable results, the optical system is controlled at a constant temperature of 40 degrees Celsius. 15 CCD array chips are accurately arranged on the Roland circle. The sample emission spectrum is transmitted through optical fibers to the interior of the optical system. The diffraction grating inside the optical system separates the emission spectrum into multiple discontinuous and independent characteristic spectral lines (corresponding to the composition of the measured element). Each characteristic spectral line is directly transmitted to a dedicated high-sensitivity photoelectric conversion device (CCD)
3. The readout system - photoelectric conversion device converts optical signals into electrical signals and transmits them to the readout system of the spectrometer for quantitative analysis.
Quantitatively detect various element components and their concentrations by measuring the optical density values of each characteristic spectral line and based on the factory calibration work curve (linear relationship between optical density and element concentration).
