50T, 80T, 100T, 120T, 150T, and 200T cement tanks are common specifications and can also be made according to customer requirements.

Installation of bulk cement tanks

1. First, according to the basic requirements in the schematic diagram, prepare the overall concrete foundation, embed the anchor bolts, and install the anchor bolt connection plate. The four foot plates should be calibrated to be on the same horizontal plane. After the foundation is dry, tighten the nuts.

2. Check for any damages or loose connections during transportation, and repair and tighten them.

3. Lift into place (pay attention to the feeding direction and escalator orientation), and weld the tank feet firmly to the ground plate.

Maintenance of bulk cement tanks

1. Before use, open the discharge valve and check if there are any debris inside the tank.

2. Close the discharge valve precisely before loading.

3. Regularly check whether the bag inside the dust removal device has too much dust, and remove it. If there is any damage, replace it in a timely manner to avoid powder spraying during feeding.
