Technical principle of CENiteiCIEF

Imaging capillary isoelectric focusingCIEFIt is a high-resolution technique that divides proteins into different groups based on their isoelectric point (pI). Compared with traditional CIEF systems, iCIEF provides faster method development, higher detection sensitivity, better reliability, and higher analytical throughput.
The CEInfinite instrument achieves dynamic process research through full column imaging detection using iCIEF. With the application of high-sensitivity CMOS imaging sensors, the scanning frequency of the entire separation capillary can reach up to 1000 Hz. The increased scanning frequency effectively minimizes imaging blur that occurs at lower scanning frequencies. With its highly sensitive CMOS imaging sensor and powerful deep ultraviolet LED light source, CEInfinite is able to increase scanning rates by over 100 times compared to any other iCIEF system, and allows for dynamic process research.

The CEInfinite system has excellent separation and reproducibility, which can accelerate the development of your biological products and protein characterization.

A highly sensitive capillary column with an inner diameter of 200 μ m can provide higher detection sensitivity. At the same sample concentration, a capillary column with an inner diameter of 200 μ m has twice the UV absorption value as a column with an inner diameter of 100 μ m.
