Capillary variable diameter technology

CEInfinite has proprietary capillary diameter transfer technology (CDTT *) that allows for high-resolution preparation of charge change peaks. Once the protein is focused, the movement process begins, and the protein's charge variant is pushed out of the transfer capillary. This is visualized in real-time on the screen through iCIEF's Full Column Imaging Detection (WCID).
During the migration process, an electric field is still applied to the separation capillary. For high-purity fractions with low pI and different charge variants, CDTT maintains the separation resolution of the sample in a narrower transfer capillary.
