The CNC gantry milling machine product is a new series of combination milling machines, with a worktable of 1XG series and milling heads of 1TX series. Its main transmission is helical gear transmission, which is smooth, and the feed transmission adopts ball screw transmission. The structure of CNC gantry milling machine products:
1. The Z-axis is the main base of the CNC gantry milling machine product, while a secondary rail is added on each side of the X-axis. 2. The cast iron used for casting adopts the structure of Mihana.
3. The CNC gantry milling machine products are heavy-duty cutting machines, and the shafts are indirectly driven by servo motors.
4. Among the 5 axes, 4 of them use fully closed-loop output to improve the accuracy of positioning and repeated positioning of CNC gantry milling machines.
5. The spindle adopts a hydraulic refrigeration cooling system, which can reduce the temperature rise of the spindle at high speeds without causing damage to the spindle bearings.
Spindle structure:
1. The main shaft adopts Japanese original NSK bearings and W-axis main shaft sleeve, which are assembled in Japan.
2. The spindle motor is installed on the spindle box, and the spindle can automatically shift in two stages through gear transmission.
3. The speed detector for spindle positioning is installed outside the spindle to prevent it from getting stuck in the spindle box, thus avoiding the malfunction of the detector.
4. The W-axis of the main shaft is made of nitride alloy steel, and the spindle is made of chromium molybdenum alloy steel to improve rigidity.
6. The Y-axis adopts a hydraulic system positioning and locking method.
