Scope of application


The CX-9500 spectrometer can determine trace amounts of carbon (C), phosphorus (P), and sulfur (S) elements, and is suitable for various metal substrates such as iron-based, aluminum based, copper based, nickel based, chromium based, titanium based, magnesium based, zinc based, tin based, and lead based. Full spectrum technology covers the entire range of elemental analysis and allows for the selection of channel elements according to customer needs;


Product advantages


High integration, high reliability, and high stability

Fast analysis speed, measuring the elemental composition of all channels within 20 seconds. By setting pre ignition time and markings for different analytical materials, the instrument can achieve optimal analysis results in a short amount of time;


Special light chamber structure design

The optical system adopts an argon filled constant temperature chamber, and the arc flame generated during excitation is directly introduced into the chamber through a lens, achieving direct optical path transmission, eliminating optical path loss, improving detection limit, accurate measurement results, good reproducibility and long-term stability;

The special structure design of the light chamber makes the volume of the light chamber smaller, and the argon filling speed is less than half of that of a regular spectrometer;

Automatic optical path calibration, the optical system automatically scans spectral lines to ensure correct reception and eliminate tedious peak scanning work.

The instrument automatically recognizes specific spectral lines, compares them with the original storage lines, determines the drift position, and finds the current pixel position of the analysis line for measurement;


All core components are imported with original packaging

HEPS digital solid-state light source, suitable for various materials;

Copper spark table base, improving heat dissipation and durability;

Using tungsten material electrodes, the electrode has a longer service life and is designed with a self blowing function, making it easier to clean the electrode;

Open electrode holder design, adjustable sample holder for easy analysis of samples of various shapes and sizes;

High performance DSP and ARM processor, with high-speed data acquisition and control functions, and automatic real-time monitoring of the operating status of modules such as light chamber temperature, argon gas pressure, light source, excitation chamber, etc;

Solid state adsorption trap to prevent contamination of the light chamber by oil and gas, and improve long-term operational stability;

The instrument is connected to the computer via Ethernet, which has good anti-interference performance. The external computer upgrade is independent of the instrument configuration, making the instrument more applicable;

Introducing European technology, synchronizing with international spectrometer technology, and designing a reasonable argon gas path to shorten the argon flushing time during sample excitation, saving argon gas for users;


No cost is required for channel changes or additions within the matrix range

The working curve adopts international standards, and pre made working curves can be extended and expanded as needed. Each curve is generated by up to dozens of standard samples, and interference is automatically deducted;
