Test Principle

vertical direction

Install the test cell on the testing device to ensure no leakage, adjust the throttle valve, control a certain pressure difference with pressure difference, and stabilize at room temperature and a certain pressure difference for at least 5 minutes. Calculate the vertical air permeability based on the flow rate and pressure difference using the flowmeter.

Plane direction
Place the sample between the upper and lower fixtures so that the surface of the sample can be covered by the fixture. Apply pressure to the fixture so that the sample can withstand a pressure of 1MPA. Adjust the throttle valve and use a differential pressure gauge to control a certain pressure. Stabilize at room temperature and a certain pressure difference for at least 15 seconds. Calculate the planar air permeability based on the flow rate and pressure difference calculation process and differential pressure.
