Introduction to Cast Iron Landing Platform:
Purpose of landing platform: Landing platform is also known as landing tablet, ground platform, or flat ground. The landing platform is used in conjunction with CNC floor boring and milling machines, mainly to support the processing of workpieces. Mainly used for machine tool machining work surfaces, with holes and T-shaped grooves on them, used to fix workpieces and clean iron filings generated during machining. Common landing platforms include machine tool worktable, floor boring machine worktable, and floor milling machine worktable.
Landing platform structure: The large landing platform is assembled from multiple casting plates.
Precision of landing platform: According to the national standard metrological verification regulations, it is divided into four levels: 0, 1, 2, and 3. The landing tablet is manufactured and processed according to customer requirements (including structural dimensions, dimensional accuracy, positional accuracy, surface roughness, etc.) as well as relevant national and industry standards.
Appearance of the landing platform: The non machined surface is flat, tidy and beautiful.
Landing platform packaging: The packaging should take necessary protective measures against moisture, sun, rust, corrosion, vibration, and other damages.
