Cast iron sink platform (sink plate) material: high-quality high-strength gray cast iron HT200-250, with a working face hardness of HB170-240. The casting has undergone two artificial annealing processes at 600 ℃ -700 ℃ or natural aging for 2-3 years, completely removing internal stress, with stable accuracy and good wear resistance.
Cast iron sink platform (sink flat) specifications: 1000 × 2000-3000 × 6000 (mm), special specifications can be manufactured according to user needs.
Precision of cast iron sink platform (sink plate): According to the national standard metrological verification regulation JJG117-91, it is classified as level 2 and level 3 respectively.
