The furnace is constructed using imported high-temperature composite energy-saving fiber materials through CNC technology, which is one-fifth the weight of the original energy-saving fiber resistance furnace. It only needs to be powered on to operate. The heating rate is three times that of the original energy-saving fiber resistance furnace (adjustable speed). The control system adopts30 segment programmable operating system microcomputer intelligent regulation technology, with PID regulation, automatic control, and self-tuning functions, can be programmed with various heating, constant temperature, and cooling programs, and has high temperature control accuracy.

The protective device adopts independent protection: (over temperature, over voltage, over current, breaking, power outage, leakage, short circuit, etc.).

In addition, our independently developed control software can be used to connect electric furnaces with computers, enabling remote control of single or multiple electric furnaces, starting and stopping of electric furnaces, setting temperature control programs, storing temperature control programs, viewing historical curves, printing historical curves, etc.
