Ceramic raw material dryer is mainly used for drying and dehydrating powdered and granular materials. Conventional heating methods such as flame, hot air, steam drying, etc. all utilize the principle of heat conduction to transfer heat from the outside to the inside of the object being heated, gradually increasing the temperature at the center of the object, which is called external heating. It takes some time to reach the desired temperature in the central area, and objects with poor thermal conductivity require even longer time. These traditional drying methods have long drying times, high power consumption, uneven heating, flipping up and down, and high labor intensity. However, microwave drying has the characteristic of penetrating the inside and outside of an object while heating at a frequency of 2450MHz, with 2.45 billion oscillations per second. Water molecules also oscillate 10000 times, generating heat through friction between molecules and generating heat on their own. So it can be widely used for the drying and dehydration of packaging materials in chemical products. For example, cobalt oxalate, lithium hydroxide, nickel hydroxide, colchicine, ammonium paratungstate, lithium cobalt oxide, barium carbonate, strontium carbonate, etc., with a moisture content of 0.5% after drying from 40%, the drying time only takes 6-15 minutes, and the drying temperature can be controlled between 80 ℃ and 90 ℃.
