Circular gear flowmeter

1、 Working principle and structure:

There is a pair of meshing gears inside the cavity of the circular gear flowmeter as rotors, and the two gears form a fixed volume with the cavity, called the standard volume. The flow rate is measured by calculating the number of flows passing through the standard volume within a certain period of time.

2、 Characteristics

lCircular gear flowmeter is used for media with higher viscosity, and the leakage amount from the gap between the gear and the measuring chamber is smaller. Therefore, the higher the viscosity of the measured medium, the smaller the leakage error and the higher the measurement accuracy.

lThe circular gear flowmeter has high measurement accuracy and is suitable for measuring the flow rate of high viscosity media, but it is not suitable for fluids containing solid particles and requires the installation of a filter. If gas is mixed in the medium, it can also cause measurement errors.

lSmall size, light weight, low vibration noise during operation, capable of measuring viscosity up to 10000pa.sThe fluid. The measurement accuracy is level 0.5 and level 0.2. The measurement range is wide and the maximum height can reach 50:1
