1、 Overview
HRM metal float flowmeter(Also known as metal rotor flowmeter)It is a variable area flow meter based on float position measurement. The nitrogen flow meter adopts a fully metallic structure and modular concept design, due to its small volumeSimple structure, reliable operation, high accuracy, and easy maintenance,Therefore, nitrogen flow meters are widely used in various industries for flow measurement and process control of small flow rates, low flow rates, and various harsh medium conditions in complex and harsh environments.
There are multiple measurement forms available for users to choose from based on different occasions and user needs; According to the output form, there are local indication type, remote transmission output type, and control alarm type; According to explosion-proof requirements, there are three types: ordinary type, intrinsic safety type, and isolated explosion-proof type;There are also varieties such as corrosion-resistant, jacket type, damping type, etc. Widely used in the measurement and automatic control of liquid and gas flow in departments such as national defense, chemical industry, petroleum, metallurgy, power, environmental protection, medicine, and light industry.
2、 Structure and working principle
Composed of two parts:
²Sensors - measuring tubes and floats;
²Signal transmitter - indicator;
HRM metal float flowmeterThere are four types of liquid contact materials for sensors: stainless steel, Hastelloy, titanium, and stainless steel lined with PTFE; Users can choose different contact materials based on different process pressures and corrosive requirements of the medium to meet the pressure resistance and anti-corrosion needs of the process.
The measurement of flow is completed by the transmitter inside the indicator, which couples the magnetic steel to sense the change in float position to indicate the flow and transmit the signal remotely. When the measured medium flows through the measuring tube from bottom to top, the float is balanced by the vertical upward pushing force of gravity, buoyancy, and fluid flow velocity. The float is relatively stationary at a certain position, which varies with the ring area of the float and the cone tube, as well as the fluid flow velocity. The position of the float corresponds to the flow rate of the measured medium.
