1. Overview:

The JAY-3203 series relay connection and disconnection capability, electrical life testing equipment (hereinafter referred to as the testing equipment) is designed in accordance with the relevant requirements of GB14598.1-2001 and GB7261-2008 "Basic Test Methods for Relay Protection and Safety Automatic Equipment".

2. Main technical parameters of testing equipment:

2.4. The load is composed of multiple levels of inductors and resistors connected in series, and the load can be converted from AC to DC;

The load cooling method is forced air cooling, and its working system is a long-term continuous working system.

2.6. Test frequency range: 1-999999 times can be set; Accuracy: ± 1 time.

Maximum failure times: 1 to 9999 times can be set

Number of first occurrence failures: 1 to 999999 times can be recorded

When any test sample fails (normally open or normally closed), the number of failures shall be increased by one; When the set number of failures is reached, the system automatically disconnects the load and coil control voltage of the failed sample, and retains the count of the final test times at the faulty failure station.

2.7 The equipment has protective and alarm functions against phenomena such as fusion welding and short circuit of the test sample.

2.8. Install high temperature alarm, overcurrent protection, and AC leakage protection functions inside the load box.

2.9 Controller: Equipped with intelligent timers and counters, all data is saved in case of power failure
