The continuous wet ball mill is mainly composed of a frame, cylinder body, spindle, grinding disc, filter press device, etc. It is a horizontal wet (fluid grinding) continuous production pellet grinder with simple operation. The operation method is to pump the material (fluid) to be ground into a stationary grinding cylinder with a jacket through a pneumatic diaphragm pump. By the high-speed action of the stirring arm and dispersing blades, sufficient kinetic energy is given to the grinding medium. With the help of the high-speed moving medium, shear and impact forces are applied to the material, thereby obtaining better dispersion and grinding effects. A special separation device separates and discharges the dispersed material from the grinding medium, enabling large-scale continuous production, greatly improving quality and reducing costs.
