1、 Product performance characteristics:

It is suitable for testing the tensile strength, elongation at break and tear resistance of soft sponge foam polymer materials.

The design of the sponge/foam tensile strength tester is integrated and absorbed the control technology and shape design of foreign advanced test equipment. The machine has beautiful appearance, convenient operation, stable and reliable performance. The machine adopts a fully digital speed regulating motor and a fully digital speed regulating system as the driving device. After being decelerated by a circular arc synchronous belt and a circular arc synchronous belt wheel reduction system, it drives the precision screw pair to load

Function and purpose:
This testing machine can perform mechanical property testing and analysis research on materials such as metallurgy, ore, and chemical pellets (particles), meeting the requirements of "GB/T14201-93 Determination Method for Compressive Strength of Iron Ore Pellets", and is used to measure the compressive strength of iron ore melt fired pellets. This machine can also be used for testing and analyzing the mechanical properties of other metals, non metals, and composite materials. It is widely used in industries such as casting, metallurgy, and mining, and can automatically calculate test force values, fracture force values, and automatically return test data. The test results are automatically printed. The testing machine uses a micro DC servo motor as the power source, and a liquid crystal single-chip microcomputer displays real-time test data and test status. The control of the testing process is achieved through automatic control by the single-chip microcomputer.
