Main application scope and functions:

It is mainly used for the reciprocating impact compression fatigue test of foam polymer materials, to determine the thickness reduction value and hardness reduction value (residual deformation rate) of the sample, and thus to understand the dynamic fatigue characteristics of the material.

The control system of this instrument adopts Siemens PLC from Germany, and parameter settings and operations are carried out through a 7-inch color touch screen. The impact load, number of experiments, and impact thickness can be set according to experimental needs. The characteristic of this instrument is that as the impact time and number of experiments increase, the height of the sample tray can be automatically adjusted when the impact load is less than the set impact load, so that the impact load is always within the set impact load range. After the experiment is completed, there is an alarm prompt!

matters needing attention:


1. The reciprocating impact testing machine is mainly used for fatigue testing of sponges. Due to the single experimental cycle of 80000 times, the mechanical strength of the equipment and the wear resistance of key components are relatively high.


2. According to the standard requirements, the experimental cycle is 80000 times, the experimental frequency is 70 times/minute, and the duration of a single experimental cycle is 1142 minutes, with a total duration of about 19 hours. Due to the initial stage of the experiment, the experimental load is 75KG. As the experiment time increases and the fatigue of the sponge increases, the experimental load will gradually become less than 75KG. However, due to the 19 hour experimental time, it is impossible for the experimenters to observe and adjust the force value near the instrument for a long time. The fully automatic fixed load impact fatigue testing machine automatically adjusts the loading load to keep the force value within the standard range, greatly reducing the labor intensity of the experimenters, improving work efficiency and testing accuracy, and reducing errors caused by human operation.
