Main functions and features
Intelligent three-stage charging;
1. Charging function:
a. Strictly following the charging characteristic curve of the battery for automatic charging, the designed charging mode is "constant current → (uniform charging and stabilizing value) constant pressure and current reduction → (automatic discrimination converted to) trickle flow float charging", which has the advantages of fast charging speed, high charging restoration efficiency, no need for manual supervision, long-term charging without overcharging danger, and ensuring the service life of the battery;
b. Once the user sets parameters such as average charging voltage, float charging voltage, charging current, charging time, and charging capacity, the tester automatically executes the charging process and displays real-time information such as charging current, charging capacity, overall voltage, and charging time; During the charging process, the charging parameters can be modified again;
c. When the charging time reaches the set time, the charging capacity reaches the set capacity, the charging module is abnormal, or the operation is manually terminated, the charging operation can be stopped;
2. Discharge function:
a. The tester has two discharge methods, constant current discharge and constant power discharge. Users can choose the discharge method according to their own needs to conduct discharge tests on the battery pack
b. The user sets the parameters of the entire set, such as voltage, discharge capacity, and discharge time. The tester automatically performs the discharge test and displays battery information. During the discharge process, the parameters can be modified again.
c. When the discharge time reaches the set time and the discharge capacity reaches the set capacity, the discharge operation can be stopped due to module abnormalities or manual termination;
4. Constant current discharge and constant power discharge;
5. Real time online monitoring of battery pack parameters such as voltage, current, etc;
7. Flexible setting of testing parameters and termination conditions, convenient for testing, and the setting parameters can be modified at any time during testing; During the testing process, if there is a sudden power outage or prolonged disuse, the memory data in the host will not be lost.
8. Can store 10 sets of charging and 10 sets of discharging; Users can perform query, deletion, and SD card export operations.
9. Built in GSM SMS module, the device automatically notifies users of test status and information through SMS, truly achieving unmanned operation and reducing the labor of maintenance personnel (optional).
