DFS series crushing grille
Structural requirements:
1. Each drum crusher includes: cutting blades, gaskets, shafts, drum grids, bearings and sealing rings, side rails, base, casing, reducer, and motor.
2. For dual axis design, the cutting blade and gasket should be separated as a single piece and cannot be integrated. Two independent sets of cutting blades and gaskets are installed on two parallel axes, alternately overlapping to achieve spiral cutting. The two rotating shafts rotate towards each other under the drive of the drive shaft.
3. The drum grille consists of a circle installed on a vertical bracket and shaft. The rotating drum grate will guide all solid particles into the crushing blades that rotate in opposite directions. The drums are driven by their respective motors.
4. Independent cutting blades and washers
Cutting blades and washers are made of high-strength alloy steel, with a surface polished evenly and hardened to a minimum of 45-50HRC.
5. Axis
The drive shaft and driven shaft of the crusher are made of high-strength alloy steel, quenched and tempered to meet the strength requirements.
6. Drum grille
The drum is made of stainless steel 304 coils. The diameter of the coil is 6 mm, and the distance between coils is 6 mm. The material of the drum mesh support frame is stainless steel 304. The drum shaft is made of stainless steel 304
7. Side panel
The side rail is made of A3 steel. Surface anti-corrosion treatment
8. Base and chassis
The crusher base is cast from gray cast iron. There is a guiding device that not only guides solid particles directly into the crushing type grille, but also serves to protect the shaft lining. The upper shell is made of gray cast iron, and the bottom is made of hot-rolled sheet metal.
9. Reducer
A high-performance reducer is suitable for harsh environments and has significant shock absorption capabilities.
10. Motor
Adopting IP67 submersible motor, the motor can be used normally when exposed to air, and can also be used normally when submerged underwater. The rated power of the motor is 4 kW, 220/380 volts, 3-phase, 50 Hz.
The motor service coefficient is 1.15. At full load, the efficiency factor shall not be less than 85% and the power factor shall not be less than 80%.

Working principle and structure:
The crushing type grid cleaning machine consists of a dual-purpose explosion-proof motor, gearbox, side plate, transmission shaft, cutting blade, vertical drum, seal, installation bracket, overflow grid, submersible cable, electrical control box, spare manual grid, etc. After the motor is started, the blades and the vertical drum rotate at different speeds simultaneously. Solid floating objects in the sewage enter the drum area and are intercepted by the rotating mesh and sent to the cutting area. The two sets of differential rotating blades quickly perform axial and radial cutting, crushing them into small particles of 6-10mm. Most of the other sewage and sufficiently small particles directly pass through the drum area and flow away together with the crushed small particles by the water pump.
Specification and model:
1. Double drum drum: suitable for high flow, wide channels;
2. Single drum drum: suitable for medium flow, conventional channels;
3. Non rotating drum: suitable for small traffic and small channels.
