2、 Product Features

Fan structure: The fan is mainly composed of an impeller part, a casing part, a fan collector, a transmission group, etc.

1. Impeller

The blade and wheel cover molds are pressed and formed, precision positioned, and continuously welded. After the impeller is formed, it undergoes static and dynamic balance correction, with a balance level of ≤ 4.0 level (national standard). It has good aerodynamic performance, high efficiency, low noise, and stable performance. At high speeds, reinforcing ribs are added to increase rigidity.

2. Chassis:

The casing is made of high-quality steel plate continuously welded snail shell, which has high structural strength, good air tightness, and avoids leakage; The surface of the product is treated with spraying or baking paint, resulting in a beautiful appearance.

3. Air collector

Convergent streamlined air collector, molded by grinding tools, with good rectification effect, high efficiency, low noise, and integrated with the imported ring, convenient for users to connect pipelines.

4. Transmission group

Dehui has independently developed a new type of transmission box, which is made of integrated cast iron. The bearings have precise coaxiality, small size, low oil consumption, good stability, and easy maintenance. The spindle is made of 45 # high-quality carbon steel precision machining, which has sufficient safety and fatigue resistance in design. The triangular pulleys are all made of high-quality cast iron cone sleeve pulleys, which are convenient for maintenance and upkeep.
