2、 Product Features

Fan structure: The fan is mainly composed of a casing, impeller, transmission, and collector.

1. Impeller

The impeller is made by pressing forward thin plate circular arc blades, wheel cover, and disc processed by stretching technology. The blade and wheel cover molds are pressed and formed, precision positioned, and continuously welded. After the impeller is formed, it undergoes static and dynamic balance correction, with a balance level of ≤ 4.0 level (national standard). It has good aerodynamic performance, high efficiency, low noise, and stable performance. At high speeds, reinforcing ribs are added to increase rigidity.

2. Shell

The shell is made of hot-dip galvanized sheet metal or cold-rolled sheet metal spray coating process. The snail plate and side plate must use a sheet metal locking system to prevent oxidation caused by continuous welding. The shell and bracket are fixed with flow nuts and bolts.

3. Air collector

Convergent streamlined air collector, molded by grinding tools, with good rectification effect, high efficiency, low noise, and integrated with the imported ring, convenient for users to connect pipelines.

4. Transmission group

Adopting imported spherical bearings with seats and grease lubrication structure.

5. Pedestal

Steel integrated base with high structural strength, equipped with spring shock absorbers for seismic isolation design, beautiful appearance, and high stability.
