This product is a replacement for the magnetic flap level gauge. Due to the lack of a light source, the magnetic flap level gauge has a short visible distance and is difficult to observe the liquid level, especially in steel enterprises with high environmental smoke and fine iron filings. Due to the magnetic adsorption effect, the fine iron filings cover the red and green colors of the magnetic flap, making it impossible to observe the liquid level and posing a serious accident hazard. This series of dual color liquid level gauges uses high brightness LED dual color light-emitting tubes to form red and green light columns for liquid level display. The observation distance during the day is 60m, and it can reach over 200m at night. It can replace magnetic flap level gauges and direct reading glass level gauges, and is also used in situations where traditional glass level gauges cannot overcome high temperature, high pressure, high viscosity, flammable, explosive, and corrosive media. It is widely used for level display in various industrial processes.

structural principle
The non-magnetic sensor tube is connected to the liquid container through upper and lower flanges, and a magnetic float is installed inside the sensor tube. The float is designed according to the specific gravity of the medium, and the magnetic steel inside the float is at the same height as the liquid level in the container. The magnetic sensing components and LED dual color light-emitting tubes in the liquid level display box are arranged in an orderly manner up and down. When the magnetic sensing components corresponding to the magnetic field are magnetized, they trigger the corresponding circuit, which is red when there is no liquid and green when there is full liquid; Red displays the vapor phase, green displays the liquid phase, and the boundary between red and green is the actual liquid level inside the container. Liquid green and vapor red are clearly visible.
