DKS-UQZ-10 magnetic flap level gauge bundled remote transmitterThe transmitter consists of a liquid level sensor and a conversion module. The sensor of the transmitter is fixed in a bundled form on the outside of the main tube of the UZ type magnetic float level gauge, so that it is in the same magnetic coupling system as the level gauge. When the magnetic float moves up and down with the liquid level, the dry spring chip group corresponding to the liquid level position is affected by the magnetic field inside the float, and the resistance value of the resistance chain changes. The changing resistance signal is converted into a two-wire 4-20mADC standard signal output through the conversion module. This signal can be easily used with our company's microcomputer industrial intelligent control instrument or connected to other secondary instruments to achieve the purpose of display, control, adjustment, and alarm. There are zero position adjustment knobs and full-scale adjustment knobs on the circuit board inside the transmitter housing, which can easily determine the zero position and full-scale point positions.

Debugging instructions

Before installation, users can perform overall debugging (remove the bottom flange, move the magnetic float, and ensure that the indicator indicates the bottom position corresponding to the transmitter output). The transmitter can also be disassembled for separate debugging. The method is to place a magnetic steel at the zero mark of the transmitter sensor part, and the output should be 4mA; place a magnetic steel at the full mark of the transmitter sensor part, and the output should be 20mA. If the zero position and full degree exceed the tolerance, the zero position potentiometer and range potentiometer can be adjusted repeatedly until the requirements are met. After the transmitter is debugged separately, it should be re fixed on the outside of the main pipe of the level gauge with a clamp. It must be noted that the centerline of the lower liquid pipe of the level gauge must be aligned with the zero position of the indicator scale and the zero position mark of the transmitter sensor part.
