Structural principle:
The liquid level gauge consists of three parts: basic type, on-site indication, liquid level alarm, and liquid level remote transmission device. The basic type is developed based on Archimedes' theorem that magnetic floats generate buoyancy in liquids and the properties of magnetic steel that repel each other in the same direction and attract each other in the opposite direction. According to the above principle, the linear change in liquid level is transmitted to the on-site indicator through magnetism, with the liquid level being red and the gas phase being white. The liquid level alarm uses magnetic float material and a contactless alarm switch to activate the converter relay contacts according to the given liquid level value, thereby achieving the purpose of liquid level control. The alarm switch is installed at the required control position of the liquid level, and the converter is installed in the control room. The liquid level remote transmission device uses magnetic materials to linearly convert the changes in liquid level into direct current420MAThe current signal is transmitted to the secondary instrument for remote transmission, measurement, control, and recording of liquid level.
