DRX-I-EX Building Component Heat Transfer Experimental Analyzer (Steady State Heat Transfer Performance Tester)

This instrument uses the calibration hot box method to determine the heat transfer performance of the specimen, using the standard GB13475-1992. Based on the one-dimensional steady-state heat transfer principle, the required temperature, wind speed, and radiation conditions are established in the boxes (cold box and hot box) on both sides of the specimen. After reaching a stable state, the air temperature is measured. The surface temperature of the specimen and the inner wall of the box, as well as the power input to the measuring box, are used to calculate the heat transfer performance of the specimen. It is mainly used to analyze the heat transfer of building components, and has an evaluation index for the heat transfer of specimens. Using one-dimensional steady-state conditions, relevant mathematical models are established to test their thermal resistance, thermal conductivity, etc.
