DRX-II-RL Thermal Conductivity Tester, Thermal Conductivity Tester Using Thermal Flow Method

This thermal conductivity meter uses the heat flow method to measure the thermal conductivity, thermal diffusivity, and thermal melting of different types of materials. Measurement reference standard MIL-I-49456A<Test Standard for Heat Transfer Performance of Thin Thermal Conductive Solid Electrical Insulation Materials>, D5470-95,ASTM E1530 ,ASTM C 518, ISO 8301, JIS A 1412, DIN EN 12939, DIN EN 13163 Related international standards such as DIN EN 12667. Capable of measuring samples with a diameter of 10 to 30mm, with a thickness range of 0.02 to 20mm. All testing functions are automatically completed; Motor controlled tablet movement; The sample is sandwiched between two heat flow sensors for testing, with a fixed or adjustable temperature gradient. Measure the thermal conductivity and thermal resistance of the sample using an embedded controller or external computer. Automatic board movement and sample thickness measurement, all test parameters and calibration data can be stored in the computer. Develop temperature programs, view and store data for calibration testing and sample testing. This instrument is used to test polymer materials, ceramics, composite materials, glass, rubber, some metals, and other materials with low to medium thermal conductivity. Only relatively small samples are needed. Non solid materials, such as paste like materials or liquids, can also be measured by using special containers. Thin films can also be accurately measured using multi-layer technology.
