DRX-II-RW Material Thermal Conductivity Tester

This thermal conductivity meter adopts advanced transient planar heat flow method, which has the characteristics of convenience, speed, and accuracy. It can be used to measure the thermal conductivity, thermal diffusivity, and hot melt of various types of materials. The applicable thermal conductivity range is between 0.015-100W/MK, and it is suitable for various types of materials such as solids, powders, coatings, films, liquids, anisotropic materials, etc. Referring to standards GB5598-85, GB3399-82, GB11205-89, in compliance with MIL-I-49456A, insulation sheet, thermal conductive resin, thermal conductive fiberglass, etc.
Technical parameters:
1. Thermal conductivity range: 0.005-100W/MK, accuracy 3%, accuracy ≤± 3%, repeatability ≤± 1%
2. Measurement accuracy of thermal diffusivity: 5%
3. Specific heat measurement accuracy: 7%
4. Measure temperature range of 20-1000 ℃.
5. It is required to have a complete testing system and software platform.
6. The operation adopts fully automatic thermal analysis testing software to quickly and accurately analyze the experimental process parameters of the sample and output reports.
7. It can be equipped with different connectors to meet the detection requirements in various environments.
