Double line concrete mixing plant/Introduction

The double line concrete mixing plant uses two sets of concrete mixing plant equipment, and the double 120 mixing plant uses two sets of HZS120 concrete mixing plants for production. We have two JS2000 concrete mixers, two PLD3200 concrete batching machines, and belt conveyors. Through reasonable site planning, the main machines of the two lines are installed together and packaged externally, and the two belt conveyors connecting the mixer and aggregate bin are packaged to achieve the environmental goal of controlling dust.

Double track concrete mixing plants and single track concrete mixing plants each have their own characteristics. In contrast, single line mixing plants occupy a small area and are easy to manage and save time. The double line concrete mixing plant consists of two sets of equipment, which first occupies a much larger area and requires more operators and managers. The double line mixing plant also has advantages, that is, two production lines run simultaneously. If one line's equipment fails, it will not affect the production of the other line. However, if there is only one line, it will have to be stopped for maintenance when a failure occurs, which will affect the overall production progress. The choice of device also needs to be considered by users based on their actual needs.
