The PLD800 concrete batching machine is a sand and gravel batching device that uses a loader or belt conveyor to load materials. It can be used in conjunction with a mixer, as well as with equipment such as a cement silo. It is a fully automatic and semi-automatic mixing plant, divided into one-way and two-way. It can automatically complete the batching program for 3-6 materials (second grade concrete) such as sand, stone, and cement according to the user's designed concrete mix ratio. Using an electronic weighing system, it can effectively ensure the accuracy of the mix ratio of cement, sand, stone, etc., further improving the accuracy of weighing.

This series of products adopts electronic weighing, microcomputer control, digital display, wired remote control operation, and has the advantages of accurate weighing, high ingredient accuracy, fast speed, strong control function, and easy operation.

The PLD800 concrete batching machine can be combined with corresponding models to form different forms and specifications of combined concrete mixing plants. The 800 type small batching machine is mostly used in HZS25 mixing plants or small construction sites.
